What license is it?

Cordum uses the Business Source License (BUSL-1.1). You can view, modify, and use the code for internal business purposes. Reselling or offering a managed service requires the Enterprise License. See /legal/license for details.

Can we run it in production?

Yes. The Community edition is fully functional and production-ready for internal use cases. Many organizations run it without an enterprise contract.

Do you offer a cloud version?

We are currently rolling out our managed cloud service to select partners. Contact sales if you are interested in early access.

What happens if I need support?

Community support is available via GitHub and Slack. Team adds email support. Enterprise customers get priority support with response SLAs.
